Leasing Specialist - Single Family Residential - Willing to Train

We provide Listings, Leads and Clients. We have great office locations where we provide EVERYTHING you need to be successful. All supplies, business cards, phones, computers, fax, copier, printer, etc. are provided to our Rental Specialists.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Leasing agents will be assigned to a particular region/area to perform leasing duties that include, but are not limited to:

• Qualifying, reviewing and responding to leads
• Showing properties to prospective renters
• Reviewing applicants with the property manager and drafting lease paperwork
• Providing recommendations for quick leasing and scheduling showings
• HOA application/approval
• Pre Move-In Inspections, Digital Move-In Inspections
• Collecting the binder and funds
• Taking marketing photos, virtual tours, creating fliers and placing signage and lockbox

*Other responsibilities as needed

SALARY DESCRIPTON

• Commission based
• Monthly bonuses
• Monthly gas allowance

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a Florida Real Estate License or currently enrolled in the class to obtain one.
• Organized and good with systems
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated
