FCI Residential is a part of Florida Crystals Corporation's real estate division, which focuses on multi-family residential development in urban and in-fill areas. The real estate division currently has approximately 3,300 units in the development process throughout Florida.
POSITION SCOPE
The Leasing Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of leasing functions within assigned property, under the direction of the Property Manager. Able to assume responsibility for the property in the absence of the Property Manager and Leasing Professional.
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain an excellent customer service relationship by adhering to FCI Customer Service standards
- Effectively maintain product knowledge of community and competitive communities through consistent evaluation of market conditions and trends
- Ensure that all Leasing Professional's paperwork is free of errors
- Responsible for auditing all lease and renewal files for key controls and bonus submission to the Community Manager.
- Prepare all lease-related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
- Continuously develop and expand current sales and leadership skills.
- Direct efforts to implement sales and marketing plans, which effectively maximize rental income and results in high occupancy
- Responsible for leading the Leasing team and ensuring they understand their goals and objectives to successfully meet them
- Assisting the Property Manager in subsequent orientation, training and scheduling of all office personnel
- Responsible for ensuring a professional appearance and manner for oneself and all personnel at all times
- Thorough knowledge of management company policies and procedures and property community policies
- Responsible for ensuring contact with business and locator services, and ensuring availability of promotional materials
- Participate in outreach marketing activities on a regular basis to obtain prospective residents
- Conduct Market Surveys and shop competitive communities
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, sister properties and competitors
- Assist Property Manager in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase property traffic and internet leads
- Convert phone calls to tours, property tours to leases and internet leads to tours and/or leases
- Ensure guest cards are complete, entered into the property management software and follow up is completed for prospects
- Ensure leasing office, tour path, model apartment, vacant apartments, amenities and general curb appeal of community is pleasing to all 5 senses and is impeccably clean, if necessary spot clean to maintain the high standard of which FCI will become synonymous for
- Develop and maintain first class customer service relationships with prospects and residents

ESSENTIAL WORK EXPERIENCES
- Two years minimum experience in residential property management or related field as required
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- HS Diploma is required
- Associate degree in related field is a plus
