SUMMARY:

Manage the daily operations of a luxury residential high-rise in accordance with company policies, lease agreements, multifamily documents, and applicable laws. Ensure a warm, safe, secure, inclusive, and transparent environment for all residents, guests, and team members at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage day-to-day operations across all property functions.

· Maintain and elevate the brand’s customer service and quality standards.

· Highlight and oversee proactive training for all team members to ensure consistency.

· Respond clearly and in a timely manner to residents’ needs and complaints and ensure resolution.

· Troubleshoot effectively to create positive outcomes, making every effort to achieve customer satisfaction.

· Investigate resident disturbances, violations, or complaints, and resolve any issues in accordance with regulations established in the lease agreements.

· Assure community compliance with Fair Housing requirements and all applicable laws, codes, and ordinances.

· Prepare and maintain property’s budget.

· Assist Asset Manager in performing due diligence duties such as lease audits, property inventory, and service contract reviews.

· Maintain and oversee current service contracts and arrange for new or termination of existing contracts as required.

· Assist with eviction of residents in compliance with court orders and directions from Legal or Asset Manager.

· Inspect property on a regular basis and report any cleaning, repair, or replacement needs, seeing all identified issues and improvement opportunities through to completion.

· Ensure absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding all activities, interactions, and personal data related to residents and their guests.

· Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards residents, guests, vendors, and coworkers.

· Act as a brand ambassador to residents and as a service role model to teammates and encourage others to do the same.

· Remain proactive in all areas of operation, seeking ways to improve resident experience and retention rates.

· Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervising department heads of a luxury residential high-rise tower.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Hospitality-focused approach to service and superb customer relations skills.

· Excellent managerial, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of employees, residents, and external contacts.

· Strong experience in luxury hotel or multifamily management and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

· Knowledge of established accounting and bookkeeping practices and procedures including ability to create budgets and analyze financial statements.

· Ability to motivate and lead various teams and departments, to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.

· Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.

· Ability to work well under pressure, exercise good judgment when making decisions, and handle stressful situations in a professional and efficient manner.

· Thorough attention to detail.

· Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

· Knowledge of real estate property management applications.

· Experience using Yardi CRM preferred.

· Bilingual, with Spanish language proficiency preferred.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of related training or experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, memos, and reports. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems solving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
