Leasing Director

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leasing Manager to join our team. As a Leasing Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with tenants and ensuring high occupancy rates.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide them with detailed information about available units
• Assist prospective tenants with the application process, including collecting necessary documents and conducting background checks
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
• Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and rental payments
• Collaborate with property management team to develop marketing strategies to attract new tenants
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competition to ensure competitive rental rates

Skills:

• Proven work experience in the multi-family industry
• Knowledge and experience in OneSite software
• Well-organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong marketing strategies with social media knowledge
• Strong communication skills with the ability to assist in resident communications and problem-solving
• Organized and efficient

Pay: $32,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
