We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding their ideal rental property and ensuring a smooth leasing process. If you have excellent communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner

- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants

- Provide accurate information about rental properties, including floor plans, amenities, and leasing terms

- Process rental applications and conduct background checks

- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately

- Collect rent payments and follow up on any outstanding balances

- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections

- Address tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner

- Maintain organized files and records of leasing activities

Skills:

- Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations

- Experience with property management software

- Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals effectively

- Excellent administrative and organizational skills

- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
