Leasing Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity as a Full Time- Leasing Consultant assisting the Property Manager in day-to-day operations at Preston Gardens at Levis Commons. The candidate must be able to effectively provide top-notch customer service and attention to detail. Experience with Rent Manager or other property management software is preferred, but not necessary.

Duties – Assisting with:

· Leasing of vacant apartments – ability to effectively schedule, show, and close customers

· Marketing vacant apartment homes through internet, print, flyers, and referrals

· Tour, qualify and sell the property's features to prospective residents

· Identify the wants and needs of prospective residents

· Reply to email leads in a timely manner

· Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests

· Assists manager with all requests pertaining to community management and leasing

· Answer telephones, check voicemails, and respond to emails

· Assist manager in special projects

· All other duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications/Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (those with some college preferred)

Must have clean driving record, pass background check, and drug and physical check for the positions

Customer service/sales experience required

Excellent customer service & positive team-first attitude

Self-starter and a great work ethic

Professional appearance and demeanor

Strong attention to detail and consistent follow through

Eager to learn and grow and enjoys working on many things

Must own vehicle

Must live within 30 minutes of Perrysburg

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
