Leasing Agent

High Energy / Outgoing BILINGUAL Leasing Consultant / Preferably
(Angleton TX)

Compensation: Between $12.00 and $16.50 per hour depending on ability and experience

Employment type: Part-Time

We are a well-established company and own more than 32 apartment communities in the state of TX.

Leasing experience is required.

JOB DUTIES:

Greet and qualifying prospects both in person and on the phone

Establish and maintain a prospect pipeline using CRM software such as CRM and Resman.

Provide and apply product knowledge to client needs by communicating the features and benefits of apartment communities and our company as a whole; close the sale.

Provide information regarding application and security deposit fees

Comply with company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.

Update availability information Follow-up with prospects regarding their search.

Assist with monitoring advertising effectiveness.

Occasionally gather information about market competition in the area. Represent the company in a professional manner.

Assist with events both in office and on property.

Other duties as required.

Hours:
20 hrs per week
Average of 1 to occasionally 2 Saturdays per month are required on a rotating basis with other Leasing Consultants.

Office Hours:
Mon - Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Summer)
Mon - Friday from 8:30 to 5:30 (Winter)
Saturday from 10 to 5

Job Requirements:
Must be bilingual / preferably
Strong written and verbal communication skills
1-2 years in sales, customer service or related field, again, preferred but not required.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows applications desired
At minimum basic use of Excel, Word, Email (google) and the internet.
Warm and outgoing personality.
Friendly and energetic with better than average people skills
A positive, cooperative attitude.
