Leasing Consultant

Seeking an apartment leasing superstar!

Part-time Leasing Consultant will be responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations. Applicant must be professional in appearance with high customer service and energy. Hourly position with excellent bonus incentives. Position requires working weekends.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet prospective clients and qualifies by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards)

Immediately follows-up on prospects that did not close and attempt to close sale again and obtains feedback

Represents the company in a professional manner at all times

Provide accurate information about rental properties, amenities, and lease terms

Provides thorough knowledge to prospective residents on the community and local area

Is knowledgeable about area competitors, provides management with market reseach reports

Provide accurate information about rental properties, amenities, and lease terms

Process rental applications, including verifying applicant information and conducting background checks

Demonstrates a sense of urgency with prospective and current residents in answering phone calls, responds to emails and follows-up on inquiries or addressing concerns

Establishes a presence within the local market through networking and social media

Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including conducting unit inspections

The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned by their supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a minimum of 1 year of leasing experience with business professional appearance

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to pass a background check

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

Dependability and integrity with excellent communication

High level customer service

Strong sales

Ability to work with others and/or independently

Ability to prioritize and organizational skills

Proficient computer skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
