Job Description:

Diamond Realty Management, LLC is seeking a motivated and customer service-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team in Concord, NC. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service to residents and prospects, and assisting with the lease-up of new properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner, including weekends
• Conduct property tours and highlight the features and benefits of the community
• Process lease applications, rental payments, and move-ins/move-outs
• Follow up with prospective residents and maintain a database of leads
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and leasing events, including weekends
• Ensure all leasing office, model units, and tour routes are clean and presentable
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address any concerns or maintenance requests promptly
• Assist in the development and implementation of leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous leasing experience preferred, with lease-up experience a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
