SalarySeeking a Full Time Leasing Consultant for The Legacy Apartments, a 436-unit community in Longmont, CO. Experience in Leasing Apartments, Customer Service, and/or Sales.
Wage Package:
$19 - $20 per hour (Based on Experience), Plus Leasing Bonuses paid per Lease and renewals which have averaged on the low side approximately adding another $6,200 annually and/or averaging approximately another $2.98 an hour on top of the base hourly (based on an individuals ability to lease), could make more. Responsibilities and Duties:
General Purpose of Position: to lease apartments and provide customer services to new & existing residents; virtual touring and self-guided apartment tours to prospects; all the duties and responsibilities interacting with the "Prospects" for leasing & follow up; interact with the "Community Manager", Co-workers, Vendors, Corporate Personnel & Supervisors; be responsible to provide clear communication in showing apartments; walking apartments for quality before move in; understanding and review of leases; renewing; market comp. surveys; taking work orders; etc.. Additionally, processing background & credit reports, drafting & preparing full lease & all addendum, through to new resident occupancy, etc., etc.
