Baker Tower (125-units) and 300 East Seventeenth Apartments (411-units) are hiring a Floating Leasing Consultant to join their communities in Denver!
Every day is a little different for our Leasing Consultants but the main responsibilities encompass all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, lease renewals and resident retention and directly interactions with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in paperwork and procedures.
What are we looking for?
- 1-2 years of residential leasing experience (multi-family preferred)
- Someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and organized
- Knowledge of Yardi, Onesite or similar software’s is preferred
- Team-player mentality
