Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective residents, residents, vendors, and guests to provide information about our community.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors to the leasing office, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with marketing and leasing plans, ensuring compliance with Section 42 Guidelines, The Fair Housing Act, and RichSmith Policies and Procedures.
- Handle basic office tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, faxing, and answering telephones.
- Multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of leasing experience is a plus!
- Tax credit experience is a PLUS!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to handle basic office tasks and use office equipment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
