```Duties`
- Provide Excellent Customer Service to both current and prospective residents to retain and lease properties.
-Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with residents, prospects, employees, and outside contacts.
-Handles incoming inquires by phone, email, and online chat.
-Discovers, engages, and advances each prospect and follow up to schedule showings, encourage application and find them a home within our portfolio.
- Provide support to the property management team in daily operations
- Stays up to date with all promotions/leasing incentives and market rates.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and property tours
- Accurately communicates the benefits and features of the property portfolio.
- Keeps properties marketing up to date and takes professional grade photos.
- Provides feedback and reports to the property manages on traffic and prospects.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Runs applications in a timely manner
```Experience```
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and administrative tasks and a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants
- Experience with customer relationship management
- Previous experience in real estate administrative roles preferred
- Familiarity with Appfolio software system is a plus
