Leasing Agent

We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to provide a warm and welcoming personality to our team.

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated individual to join our ambitious team. You will be responsible for discovering prospective residents and matching them with the perfect apartment.

Responsibilities:

• Discover prospective residents.
• Walk potential residents through available apartments for rent.
• Respond to phone calls, emails and walk-in inquiries for housing.
• Communicate effectively to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure that recently vacated properties are cleaned and ready to be viewed by potential renters.
• Follow-up with prospective renters to assess/re-assess their needs and requirements.
• Negotiate leasing terms with the goal of closing deals.
• Search and update information regarding available properties.

Qualifications:

• Previous working experience as a Leasing Agent (Not Required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of computers

Hours will be Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
