Cedar River Bluffs Apartments are looking for an experienced leasing agent. Our goal is to Provide Excellent Service to our Residents and our Prospective Residents. We need a reliable, trustworthy, and quick to learn person who is computer saavy. Previous use of Rent Manager is a plus. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our busy team. The Leasing Agent is responsible for greeting incoming customers and providing a positive leasing experience by presenting the company's apartment portfolio in an organized, professional manner. Our Leasing Agents must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment to successfully complete the leasing process while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. References and a clean criminal background are a must.
