Salary```Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding, leasing residential properties and maintaining day to day operations of the properties.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Process rental applications and conduct background checks
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and key exchanges
- Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and competitor properties
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure tenant satisfaction
- Assist with marketing efforts, including creating listings and promoting available units
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with property management software, such as Appfolio is a plus
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of property maintenance and facilities management
- Real estate administrative experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to leasing and rental properties including fair housing
