```Duties```

- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner

- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about rental properties, amenities, and lease terms

- Process rental applications, including background checks and credit screenings

- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately

- Collect rent payments and follow up on any late or outstanding balances

- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally

- Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections with tenants

- Maintain organized files and records of all leasing activities

```Qualifications```

- Previous experience in leasing or customer service preferred

- Strong knowledge of office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)

- Familiarity with property management software is a plus

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations

- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills

- Ability to negotiate lease terms and effectively close sales

- Strong administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping

- Conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
