We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.
The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and administrating the Blackboard Learn™ Web- Based Application
- Providing advice on its best use in support of curriculum management and academic execution. Contractor shall be capable of administrating the Blackboard Learn™ application as future versions are released as well as other associated Blackboard applications in support of education (e.g. Blackboard Collaborate™, Blackboard Mobile Learn™).
- Configuring application settings to optimize performance, batch enrolling users into courses, gathering data in response to ad hoc government initiated queries.
- Configuring and maintaining add-on building blocks in Blackboard Learn™
Qualifications:
- Atleast 3 years of expertise with the following technologies: Blackboard Learn™ application, SQL database administration, and data import/export using Structured Query Language (SQL).
