ID Academy is the executive education arm of the Institute of Design, offering forward-thinking courses designed to equip organizations with the knowledge and tools needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager for ID Academy at the Institute of Design. This role is pivotal in orchestrating the successful delivery of our executive education programs. The Program Manager will work closely with the Dean, Director of Partnerships, and ID Academy faculty to ensure a seamless learning experience for our learners, manage program logistics, and foster strong partnerships with organizations.

Qualifications
Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. A Masters degree in design or business is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills - Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with design thinking and executive education is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
- Proficiency in digital tools and online platforms.
- Enthusiastic and customer-service-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibility Program Coordination: Coordinate the logistics and execution of ID Academy courses and programs, both in-person and online. Ensure all resources, logistics, and support are in place for successful program delivery for learners and faculty members.
Percentage Of Time 20 Key Responsibility Learner Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging learning environment. Address participant inquiries, facilitate discussions, and ensure the delivery of a high-quality learning experience. Manage the Teaching Assistants (TAs) assigned to each course.
Percentage Of Time 20 Key Responsibility Partnership Management: Collaborate with the Dean and Director of Partnerships to build and maintain existing and new relationships with organizations, ensuring their unique needs and goals are met through our programs.
Percentage Of Time 20 Key Responsibility Marketing Support: Assist the Director of Partnerships and marketing team in promoting Academy courses and programs. Contribute to marketing strategies aimed at attracting participants and organizations.
Percentage Of Time 20 Key Responsibility Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as enrolment, scheduling, and program documentation. Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines. Onboard and support the Teaching Assistant's work for each ID Academy course.
Percentage Of Time 10 Key Responsibility Evaluation and Improvement: Collect and analyze learner feedback and performance data to continually improve the effectiveness of our courses and programs.
