Our Training and Education team is growing, and we're looking for a creative and agile instructional designer to craft learning content for our customers! The Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for developing training content to improve the learner's experience and enable Client Success teams to educate customers on our products and industry standard methodologies.
You'll Get To:
- Manage a portfolio of training programs by maintaining content accuracy, improving delivery and pivoting strategy to align with product evolution.
- Identify training needs with Client Success leaders to refine training portfolio and improve delivery and survey client-facing teams to uncover additional needs based on customer feedback.
- Leverage industry trends to consult partners on training strategies.
- Develop engaging learning content to improve onboarding and client engagement, drive product adoption using various mediums including videos, webinars, community articles, guides and job aids
- Convert sophisticated technical information into understandable resources for a diverse audience.
- Create enablement tools for Client Success teams to educate clients on product and program standard methodologies and maintain additional supporting tools including job aids and forms.
- Collaborate with various partners to align on training requirements, desired outcomes and key results.
- Partner with Product Managers, Marketing and Legal to develop content with accurate product details, branding and value propositions.
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of developing a variety of training content for a diverse audience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within a fast-paced commercial products or SaaS environment
- Advance proficiency using a variety of design and training development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, WalkMe, and equivalent tools.
- Experience using different web conferencing tools such as WebEx and Zoom.
- Ability to collaborate with different cross-functional partners including Product Managers, Marketers, Engineers and People Leaders.
- Proven track record of balancing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fact-paced environment.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$78,500.00 - $99,500.00
