SalaryThe Learning Analyst will provide analytical support, leveraging tools such as SQL, Visier, Excel, and Learning Management Reporting tools (Cornerstone, EdCast) to drive analytics for the development, implementation, and administration of learning measurement projects for DaVita University.
The Analyst role will encompass the following:
- Developing interactive dashboards and internal reports to discover insights and demonstrate learning’s value through data
- Supporting the learning experience by gathering and connecting different pieces of data to inform the design of learning experiences and track learner interactions and behaviors
- Improving processes and procedures by contributing to data optimization projects
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and automate reports and dashboards
- Analyze learning data – draw meaningful conclusions and insights
- Assist with data optimization projects
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 0-2 years experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certification and/or BA/BS in a field that emphasizes business administration and analytics preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience utilizing and applying SQL for query-writing for data acquisition, analysis, reporting, and visualization to drive self-service tools
- Proficiency in MS Excel - using formulas and charts, experience using more advanced features (Power Query, Power Pivot, and Macros)
- Experience with business intelligence tools to develop reports, visualizations, and interactive web-based dashboards

Salary/ Wage Range
$51,400.00 - $75,500.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
