The Director of Learning Transformation will be a key leader of DaVita University’s Learning Center of Excellence (CoE), a critical component of our evolving Wisdom department and learning strategy across the global DaVita Village. The Director will play a leading role in shaping, building, and transforming DaVita University in capability building, including immersive programs in transformational topics (e.g., Leadership, Clinical Support, GenAI) that incorporate best-practice learning design approaches, cutting-edge education technology solutions and performance support tools, and the discipline of measuring meaningful outcomes from upskilling interventions. The Director will partner closely with teams to understand the potential value to be unlocked from organizational capability building, and design and deliver innovative, contextualized upskilling solutions to capture that value.

Preferred location for this position is Denver, CO, though we are open to 100% remote.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Lead enterprise learning governance, including ownership of high-level intake management and consultation strategy.
  • Partner with business owners to advance enterprise-level priorities, build organizational capability and ready workforce for future skills.
  • Lead project teams in architecting, deploying, and measuring meaningful outcomes of innovative, high complexity learning solutions and transformative learning interventions employing cutting edge educational technologies and performance support tools.
  • Drive enterprise learning innovation through pilot design and development of new and emerging technologies such as virtual reality, chat bots and artificial intelligence.
  • Manage the performance and development of direct reports.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 6+ years professional experience in consulting and/or learning field.
  • Advanced skills in Learning Transformation, solutions design, strategy, consultation, and executive presentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving demands.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree
  • Experience project managing large, complex learning solutions, preferably involving emerging technologies such as Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Artificial Intelligence.
  • Proficiency in learning measurement & analytics, including developing measurement tools and data visualization.
  • Evidence of Research and Thought Leadership by contributing to the learning and development field through research and publications.

Travel and Time Requirements

  • Travel: 0-15%
