Learning Environment Project Supervisor
**We are currently looking for applicants to be onsite in our Mansfield facilities. **
The Learning Environment Supervisor requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, supporting the Regional Operations Manager (ROM) in their day-to-day activities and providing leadership to the Strategic Quote Specialists and the Project Managers. The LE Supervisor will provide guidance to their teams by helping them to obtain KPI’s and providing feedback and training to elevate individual performance. They will perform leadership responsibilities by facilitating conversation with internal and external stakeholders in the absence of the ROM.
The base salary range for this role is $55K-$70K annually.
Summary of Primary Responsibilities
  • Leads and provide daily leadership to Strategic Quote Specialists & Project Managers, partners with associates, and other corporate departments to ensure customer expectations along with corporate financial goals are met or exceeded.
  • Provides performance feedback and coaching to direct reports.
  • Monitors key performance metrics, trends, and margin attainment, and provides associates with individual and team results.
  • Partners with appropriate Sales Team members and Strategic Quote Specialists to determine pricing and product strategies for large quote opportunities.
  • Works closely with Regional Sales Managers, Regional Operations Managers and Project Managers to track, communicate, and maintain timelines with our vendors, customers and sellers to grow business within their territories.
  • Assist with providing proactive communication to sales team partners.
  • Partners with furniture Bid Coordinators to roll-out awarded customer contracts to Strategic Quote Specialists
  • Create and maintain suppliers’ product training program.
  • Assists in establishing efficient procedures and processes to support company and departmental standards and strategic directives.
  • Work daily with Strategic Quote Specialists & Project Managers on meeting or exceeding their KPIs.
  • Assures associates have proper individual training, and appropriate resources and tools to meet both external and internal customer needs. Tools to include CPQ, Valorx, OneForce, Cognos, Stratum, Rate Linx Transportation Management System, and any future software programs.
  • Maintains safe and healthy working conditions within team by ensuring all employees comply with company safety policies and procedures.
Minimum Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Well versed in data analytics, PC and CRM software skills.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience.
  • Four years of related experience with project management certification.
  • Ability to make important decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum)
  • High level proficiency in PC based programs, including spreadsheet and database programs.
  • Ability to manage time demands, solve problems, and delegate effectively
  • Proven leadership, cost, and risk management skills.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural blueprints.
