POSITION SUMMARY:

  • The Project Coordination Supervisor reports to the Project Coordination Manager.
  • Located in Cleveland, OH.
  • Full-Time
  • Hybrid

The Project Coordination Supervisor will oversee the Project Coordinator and work with other Team members to ensure all aspects of projects once they are awarded. To include equipment ordering, maintaining job organization, construction documentation flow, timely closeout and executed timely. Maintain that Customers are provided with the highest level of support as they open their foodservice facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage all Project Coordinators.
  • Evaluate staffing levels and utilize resources effectively to ensure projects are executed properly.
  • Assist other Contract Team managers with the onboarding and training of department new hires as it relates to account coordination and customer service.
  • Work with other managers within organization to strategize on best practices for highest levels of execution.
  • Complete timely evaluations of personnel and address performance concerns as required.
  • Work with vendors to resolve issues with pricing, tracking shipments and/or processing credits.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and expediting of equipment so project lead times are met.
  • Provide weekly communication regarding project installation dates and work with others to ensure backlog reporting is accurate.
  • Responsible for overseeing initiation of timely project billings and closeout.
  • Respond to various customer requests in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure deadlines for cut sheet books, service manuals and equipment start-up and training schedules are completed timely.
  • Instill and cultivate a culture of superior customer service to be delivered to internal and external customers through proper leadership and example.
  • Take initiative to gather facts to drive problems to conclusion; elevate and communicate frequently to create awareness.
  • Achieve and maintain high level of product knowledge by attending product trainings, reading.
  • written materials and utilizing resources/tools available.
  • Provide JDE and other project software training and support to Team members as necessary.
  • Document, implement and maintain all department procedures to train and develop departmental personnel on best JDE practices.
  • Help to cultivate a positive experience for new employees during onboarding.

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and MS Operating system.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand fashion.
  • Excellent knowledge of JDE.
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoQuotes system.
  • Knowledgeable about general construction practices and project life-cycles.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business a plus, or equivalent Military or practical experience.
  • CFSP Certification preferred.
  • 5+ years in customer service and Project Coordination related roles.
  • 1-3 years' experience with Windows Server environments.
  • Experience working in cross functional capacity.
  • Previous foodservice industry experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in supervising a team.
  • 3+ years developing and leading training initiatives in a high-volume sales/service environment.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate's unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.
In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark's' benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
