Position Title: Learning & Development Leader
Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a leader in the Talent Development space to help us continue our journey by creating and implementing development programs to support our global workforce.
- Working with the VP, Talent, identify and implement organization-wide and department specific development opportunities to support business objectives.
- Partner with Global HR Business Partners and company leaders to identify talent development needs.
- Design, develop, implement, measure learning programs and efforts that help drive sustained talent growth for the company and support employee and leaders at key moments in their career journey. Examples could be: Learning programs in classroom or online, Mentoring program, Leadership Development Programs, Talent Exchange Programs, individual development planning, recognition programs, etc.
- Key point of contact for maintaining talent data as it is captured through performance review processes and identifying opportunities for incorporating into talent and learning and development opportunities
- Remain current on talent management and learning practices and developments, including technology, talent and learning innovations and trends
- Design and facilitate training, workshops, classroom modules where needed as part of ongoing development of the workforce
- Support the building of diverse leadership through succession planning
- Ensure that all development is consistent with Enerpac Values and business objectives and fully support and help to drive Enerpac Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts
Skills and Competencies
- Proven strong leadership skills with collaborative style and demonstrated success developing and delivering programs and executing program plans. Ability to be strategic in design and do the tactical work involved to achieve top results.
- Ability to operationalize talent and learning strategies and execute programs through individual drive as well as collaboration and influencing of others
- Experience with change management
- Driven to achieve success and celebrate with partners to accomplish big goals for the company
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree with emphasis in Human Resources or Business or related degree
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in General Business or HR and 2 years supporting a Talent and/or Learning and Development function
Desired Experience:
- Experience with management of Oracle LMS or other LMS and content management systems
- Strong presentation skills
- Adult Education and Instructional background
- Strong facilitation skills
- Ability to build trust, credibility and strong relationships
Travel
Approximately 15% travel
Work Environment
This position will primarily work from our Menomonee Falls, WI office and will have the ability to work from home on occasion. We are in the office 3 days a week.
