Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience while working side-by-side with our experienced L&D professionals, gaining insights into the latest industry trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the enterprise Talent Development team to provide input on and support for existing learning experiences.
- Assist with our learning and leadership programs to ensure an optimized experience.
- Help to document and build a playbook for processes and procedures related to leadership development nominations.
- Conduct research to identify relevant learning resources, tools, and platforms that enhance the overall learning experience for employees.
- Assist in curating learning content to augment learning experiences.
- Create a way to track and analyze training data, participant feedback, and program metrics to generate insightful reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall learning culture at Cox.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong interest in learning and development, talent management, and/or employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

- Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
