What you will be doing:

  • Analyze, design, and develop training programs including but not limited to training materials and recommend appropriate training methods or activities. (e.g., simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes).
  • Map out annual training plans and coordinate the scheduling and attendance of classes. Create and update employee educational records. Provide periodic and ad
    hoc reports to department and senior management to facilitate the monitoring of employee progress toward completing required training courses and support professional and personal development plans.
  • Partner with the Training Manager, trainers, and outside consultants to prepare support materials and conduct site preparation for the delivery of training programs.
    Ensured training materials are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Assist management in designing, and conduct organization-wide training needs assessment, and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed. Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design and recommend solutions for learning opportunities for all staff.
  • Assist management in assessing instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System, including ensuring all employee records and transcripts are kept up to date. Provide appropriate reporting to department heads and monitor required compliance courses.
  • Maintain in house training facilities and equipment. Coordinate train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
  • Support Learning & Development (L&D) other activities and functions by communicating with managers, identifying training needs, and making recommendations to management.
  • Stay up-to-date and recommend new training methods, techniques, and technology.
  • Host training events and educational programs.
  • Perform other duties, in addition to normal responsibilities, to help the overall workflow of the department and other departments, as assigned by management.

What we need from you:

  • 3+ of experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar
    role.
  • BS degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation.
  • Knowledge and experience with learning management systems and web delivery
    tools.
  • Familiarity with the complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
  • MS Office/Google Suite proficiency & experience with e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to review data and analyze trends.
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Estimated Salary Range for this Position: $53,318-$62,727

Work From Home Requirements:

  • Able to dedicate a quiet space for daily work that is free of sound interruptions.
  • All equipment will be provided by Jovia (Computer, Monitor, Headset)
