The Tate Behavioral Adult Services program provides person-centered ABA-based programming for adults in Western MA.

The Learning Coach position provides direct 1:1 intensive, comprehensive programming and support to adults of varying functioning levels. Learning Coaches guide individuals through their daily schedules, deliver individualized instruction including structured and naturalized teaching, facilitate social interactions, and ensure safety and engagement.
Learning Coaches are directly supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience and/or a high school diploma or associates degree with extensive experience
- Specialized training in Applied Behavior Analysis and/or Special Education (1-2 years)
- Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are strongly encouraged to apply.
