Learning Center Manager:
Lennar is searching for a passionate, driven leader who will be responsible for overseeing the facilitation team, ensuring the seamless delivery of learning program, and creating an exceptional learning experience for our associates. The ideal candidate will possess strong facilitation skills, supervisory experience and executive presence.
Responsibilities
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the facilitation team, ensuring their professional development and performance.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to facilitators to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
- Ensure facilitators are ready for class by conducting teach backs, T3s attended, and conduct facilitation audits.
- Lead in-person and virtual learning sessions, as needed.
- Ensure all logistics regarding scheduling and travel arrangements for associates are effectively coordinated.
- Ensure the deliver of high-quality learning experiences for associates, upskill facilitators and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate learning sessions to ensure they meet established standards and objectives.
- Collaborate with learning specialists and instructional designers to enhance learning materials and delivery methods.
- Create an exceptional and welcoming environment for associates within the Learning Center.
- Gather feedback from associates to continuously improve the learning experience.
- Address associate concerns and provide timely resolutions, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Provide constructive feedback to facilitators, helping them improve their delivery techniques and content knowledge.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance facilitators’ skills and expertise.
- Ensure the Learning Center is immaculate, organized and conducive to learning at all times.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to address maintenance and facility-related issues promptly.
- Oversee learning sessions to ensure they align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of learning delivery methods and make necessary imnprovements.

Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Education, Talent Management or Business Administration
- Three years experience supervising exempt and nonexempt associates.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong experience and ability to facilitate in-person training.
- Must have technical systems knowledge (Microsoft, etc.).
