SalaryThis Learning Specialist will support the organization through various administrative functions such as training, training development, compliance and guidance around our career mapping and Individual Development Plans. The Learning & Development Specialists demonstrate expertise in evidence-based Learning and study strategies and their application to diverse learner profiles. In collaboration with the Talent and Culture Departments, they will provide support and encourage the growth of team members as learners by teaching skills to effectively engage the workforce through the lens of Sanctuary and DEI&B.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and consult with internal stakeholders in processing training requests to create, revise and maintain curricula, training items and user groups in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Generate compliance training reports and metrics for HOTI leaders and internal HOTI stakeholders.
- Partner with functional leadership to reconcile training events completed after the assigned due date.
- Provide training qualification documentation for audits.
- Maintain LMS processes and training materials based on current processes/versions of the LMS.
- Participate in training/learning related projects as required.

- At least 1 year of working knowledge for a Learning Management System.
- Healthcare Industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, will consider at least 5 years of experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
