As a Leadership Development Program Manager, you will be a key member of our Talent Management & Development Center of Excellence (CoE), leading the design and implementation of talent Development Programs to enable and support the continued growth and success of our global workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of global Leadership Development Programs, ensuring scalability and sustainability across geographies
  • Collaborate with leaders and HR Professionals to define needs and identify solutions that deliver impactful development solutions based on research, best practices, and customer requirements
  • Manage the logistics of training program delivery, including scheduling courses, managing rosters, creating meeting invitations, and recording training attendance
  • Optimize a leaders-as-teachers facilitator roster to maximize application of learning solutions
  • Engage with learning communities to promote awareness and utilization of enterprise development solutions
  • Curate content and facilitate learning experiences as needed to support professional and Leadership Development
  • Manage multiple talent development projects with agility and adaptability, adjusting priorities and resources as needed to deliver on business needs
  • Contribute to the design and execution of global talent management projects and core processes

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree in HR or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of direct and deep experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful Leadership Development Programs, with a focus on social and experiential learning and career navigation.
  • Experience delivering learning and development experiences across diverse group of employees, including all levels of leadership (entry, mid, senior and executives) as well as production-focused environments.
  • Proficiency in human resources practices, talent processes, and organizational development.
  • Aptitude for generating high-quality work products (e.g. analyses, project plans, budgets, reports) and ability to develop vendor relationships with limited direction.
  • Strong consulting skills, including questioning assumptions, challenging thinking, and providing alternative perspectives that lead to positive action.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply innovative approaches to existing processes and programs, and to remain adaptable in a constantly changing business environment.
  • Positive, proactive, and results-oriented with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  •  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, and experience with virtual and In-person Instructor Led Training delivery.
