SalaryChick-fil-A of Anderson has developed a leadership program to fast track your way to Executive leadership in our restaurants. You will go through extensive hands-on training in our restaurants for front and back of house, while also completing online training. Once your training is complete in all areas of the restaurant, you will learn how to apply leadership skills and concepts to lead a shift and eventually lead a restaurant in our organization or as a franchisee leading your own organization.

Monday to Saturday- 5 Day work Week
Sundays Off
