Essential Job Functions:
- Leads the development and facilitation of content for adult professional learning in a variety of contexts. Develops content for other consulting purposes including recommendations or client deliverables
- Designs and provides developmental coaching to a variety of clients depending on project/client need and expertise in alignment with project goals, employing specific practices, structures, tools, and resources as directed by LiberatED Way leadership team
- Gathers and analyzes formative and summative coaching data to support individual and team performance management
- Advises and consults clients through complex challenges and opportunities, leveraging an adaptable approach
- Sets up and tightly manages project workstreams both in collaboration with other team members and independently
- Contributes to internal initiatives which could include but are not limited to sales and marketing, content design, continuous improvement, and team professional learning
Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record of and passion for student-centered and community-driven leadership, including building and mobilizing diverse and enduring coalitions to lead and manage change, in order to create more equitable outcomes for students
- Demonstrated comfort and success navigating and proactively bringing appropriate structure in the midst of ambiguity
- Highly responsive, collaborative, flexible team player
- Reflective, growth-minded leader comfortable with giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Exceptional relationship builder and interpersonal/communication skills with the dispositions needed to create an environment of trust, understanding, and collective commitment
- Deep knowledge and experience as an instructional leader, including a strong understanding of key instructional leadership frameworks such as Paul Bambrick-Santoyo’s Leverage Leadership framework and Elena Aguilar’s Coaching for Equity
- Experience setting up and managing complex projects that resulted in systems change
- At least 2 years of experience coaching and consulting school and/or district leaders
- At least 3 years of experience leading a school with a demonstrated track record of transformative results for students
- Master’s Degree or Doctorate
