Who Are We Looking For?
We're on the lookout for an experienced Lead VPK Teacher who is dedicated to providing quality education to our students! If you're enthusiastic, collaborative, and ready to lead with impact, we want to hear from you!
Your Leadership Role:
- Curriculum Implementation: Lead the development and execution of engaging VPK curriculum.
- Mentorship: Inspire and guide assistant teachers to ensure a cohesive and nurturing learning environment.
- Parental Engagement: Foster strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on student progress.
What You'll Need:
- Educational Background: Hold relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education, an active CDA or a diploma in ECE.
- Age: Be a minimum of 18 years old,
- Experience: Demonstrate prior experience in a leadership role within a VPK setting.
- Passion: Exhibit a genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.
- Physical Capabilities: Successfully meet the physical demands inherent in working with children.
- Training Requirements: Complete DCF 45 hours, Possess CPR and First Aid certification, and Pass a Background Check
