Job title: Lead Teacher

Seeking full Lead Teacher to educate children K12 in person at our N. Scottsdale location. Use in-house custom curriculum to inspire students in a range of technology specific or technology infused courses. Lead Teachers work closely with both management and children in a small classroom or one on one teaching environment. Lessons are personalized and dynamic through teamwork and frequent collaboration. Management handles all parent and customer interactions.

Job Details:

Hours: Daily, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm

Pay: Competitive pay is offered. Full time, permanent salaried positions at 40,000+. Annual contracts are available.

Training: People ranging from all skill levels are welcome to apply for a position as we train each of our staff accordingly. Self starters and eager learners do exceptionally well.

Job Duties:

• Contribute to a positive work environment
• Learn in-house curriculum prior to each lesson, in order to teach effectively
• Submit lesson plans and be prepared to teach according to the plans
• Manage and teach to gifted students' individualized learning plans
• Effectively communicate with and update management
• Help with administrative tasks when not teaching
• Track student progress and prepare progress reports
• Grade assignments and meet with tutors to review lesson plans and progress
• Contribute to in-house custom curriculum by offering ideas and/or writing for lessons, lessons exercises, activities and assessments.
• Proper care and use of classroom and office equipment and supplies
• Help to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the office

Skills Required:

Great position for recent graduates. No formal degrees or Teacher certifications required. Knowledge of science, video games, teaching, or a willingness to learn is preferred. Must love working with children and be dependable, positive, an excellent communicator in speaking and writing, organized, and able to work independently and take direction.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
