WE HAVE FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME SUPERVISOR POSITIONS

Job Description:

The leadership team at Camp Bow Wow® Allentown is responsible for the supervision and execution of the day-to-day operations at Camp. They are responsible for providing a safe, productive, and fun environment for pups and staff, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The leadership team is also responsible for the training and performance of the Camp staff. This is a hands on, physically demanding role.

General Requirements:

• MUST LOVE DOGS!
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Flexible Schedule - ability to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule (we are open every day of the year – we are typically open from 6:30a-7:00p with opening and closing shifts)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform various physical tasks (our pups have A LOT of energy)
• Ability to work in groups and alone
• Willing to perform a lot of cleaning and sanitizing (the dogs won’t clean up after themselves… we’ve tried)
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow direction (there’s always a safety reason)
• Successful completion of several online training courses and pet CPR course (provided through Camp Bow Wow®)
• Ability to successfully manage dog behaviors when supervising Play Yards

Specific Requirements for the Role:

• We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time candidates
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Supervise and execute all day-to-day operations not limited to feedings, cleaning, medications, health checks, and Camp maintenance
• Ability to manage Front of House Reception including reservation bookings, evaluation schedules, and Camp tours
• Ensure operational compliance and safety protocols are being met
• Train, coach, and motivate staff
• Ability to work in a hands-on role as a team
