Working Lead / Janitorial Supervisor

The Arthur Jackson Company, a Pritchard Industries Company, is looking to add a Working Lead/Supervisor with janitorial experience to our team in Philadelphia, PA. The primary responsibility for this position is to ensure that all daily and periodic requirements are completed to the highest standards and according to schedule. Additionally, this position will also ensure that customer requests are promptly addressed in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and in accordance the required standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Coordinate and monitor work assignments and schedules of employees.
• Ensure employees are working safely and performing up to the client’s expectations.
• Maintain detailed records and compile written reports as scheduled and/or needed.
• Perform quality and safety inspections periodically and as needed.
• Track equipment and supply inventory.
• Ability to lead and build a successful team.
• Provide corrective action recommendations on areas that need improvement.
• Daily inspection of routine work and perform building inspections.
• Report any building deficiencies to District Manager.

Qualifications

• Management experience leading a team.
• Must know how to use a computer
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to operate cleaning machines
• Available to work weekends if required and some holidays if necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual highly preferred, but not required

Benefits

• Salary: $18 - $22
• Shift: 4:45 PM – 12:45 AM, Monday to Friday, Saturday if necessary
