The Role

We are looking for candidates in the New York area with Recruitment Coordination experience, specifically in campus and early careers. In this role you will support one of our fortune 500 Financial Services clients with onboarding their campus hires. The individual will be required to be in the office in New York, 5 days a week May- August; September- April the requirement will be in office 3 days a week in NYC.


The compensation range for this role is 70-80k

Key Accountabilities

The mission of the Campus Recruitment coordination team is to provide a best-in-class experience to students that showcase our client's people, culture and impact. We are looking for a creative, innovative thinkers with strong communication skills who will be able to strengthen our client's brand and be a culture carrier for the firm.

As a Lead specialist admin you will coordinate events and activities and develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients. You will report/communicate with Senior Stakeholders the status and success of the campus programs.


Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ideally 3-5 years’ of experience in recruitment coordination/onboarding, ideally in campus/early careers recruitment
  • Event management experience is a must have
  • Experience working with Senior stakeholders is a must have
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Problem solver, proactive, organized, and resourceful
  • Strong team player
  • Client focused with outstanding judgment and strong attention to detail
  • Thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment and has the ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
