Our client, a profitable media startup who recently raised $35M in Series A funding, is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join their team. The person in this role will lead a team of 4 to oversee the redesign of OTT apps + work on publishing systems data.
Job Details
- Execute redesign of direct-to-consumer OTT apps in the first 6 months of 2024
- Work on data and underlying publishing systems
- Reports to CTO, interacts with C-Suite regularly
- Hire a team and groom them
- 4 people are meant to report to this person (Product Managers) - hiring them will be one of your first tasks
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in a product role
- 2 years of experience in a management/leadership role and has built a team
- Ability to present to the C-Suite
- Experience in OTT redesign
- Experience with underlying publishing systems
- Nice to have: Someone who has worked with Latin American teams on streaming platforms
