Job Description
- Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents
- Implement our proprietary curriculum and be able to adjust it adding your own creativity geared towards your particular class
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child
- Communicate with management and families about potential concerns in a diplomatic manner
- Managing day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, lunch time and rest time for students
- Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Earned a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 2+ years’ experience working with children
- Caring, nurturing, patient, passionate and creative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Monday to Friday
- 8 hour shift
