Come help us continue to be a place of joy, creativity, and community collaborations.We are looking for educators of young children new to the field, those ready for mid-career challenges as well as those with many years of experience in providing best practice for ensuring inclusion and learning together.Our staff includes specialist in OT, Speech, Child and Family Development, Environmental Education, Inclusion, Healthcare as well as the Arts and the Sciences. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Planning and implementing a play-based, inclusive, developmentally appropriate, hands-on curriculum;-Communicating regularly with families (daily and weekly, in-person, on-line and in writing);-Being positive and creative by offering choices and being reflective with others;-Observing, assessing and documenting childrens development and progress;-Implementing DPH & EEC Guidelines for Hygiene and Health Safety;-Supporting college student internships and collaborating in leading workshops;-Engaging in best practices for supporting positivity and collaborative social justice efforts.
