We are excited to offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus according to the following schedule: $1,000 after a 30-day retention, $1,000 after a 60-day retention, and $1,000 after a 90-day retention. We are seeking team members who are self-motivated, organized and accountable. As a plumber, you are the face of our brand and the customer experience depends on you.

All bonus payments will be subject to all applicable tax reporting and withholding requirements. You must be employed through the end of each measurement period to remain eligible for the associated bonus pay out. Full-time with rotating on-call nights and weekends. Flexible schedules are available.
JOB SUMMARY
A Lead Plumber serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing and heating systems.
JOB DUTIES
- Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call.
- Wears floor savers while in the client's home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service.
- Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished.
- Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work.
- Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
- Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and be able to pass a background check.
- Ability to perform all plumbing and heating installations, repairs and replacements to code.
- Ability to solder and perform necessary electrical work associated with the plumbing and heating industry.
- Lead/Master Plumbers are considered senior level and typically operate their own truck.
- Lead Plumbers must have applicable certifications and licensing required by their state of residence.
