Licensed Lead Journeymen Plumbers needed for various residential and commercial projects in the Parlin, CO area. Must have a current license from either CO or UT, KS, WY, NM or NE. You will be responsible for overseeing 1 apprentice, roughing in to trimming out. You must be familiar with the IPC and with residential work.Work will consist of installing new PVC & ABS DWV sanitary plumbing pipe underground on 10,000+sq ft homes and other commercial projects. Previous or current experience on large custom homes and residential service work is needed. You will be installing PEX, CPVC, and copper water lines. You must be able to solder. You will be laying out from blueprints. You must have all basic hand tools. You may be required to pass a background check and drug test upon arrival.
Pay rate: up to $42/hr
Per diem: $100/week + Client Provided Housing!
