Our Lead Packer - Food Production position is available to a dedicated individual looking to work their way up at a growing company. The ideal Lead Packer will have previous experience assembling and packaging meal components in a fast-paced environment. This position will lead the frozen meal line in packing completed frozen meals into cases; ensuring line is stocked with any needed materials. Great for candidates who are seeking longevity and opportunities for advancement in their career! This position will work second shift (3:00pm-11:00pm) Tuesday thru Saturday.

Lead Packer -Food Production Responsibilities, Including but not limited to:

• Pack 20 meals per case, ensuring seals are intact and that meals are complete
• Pack meals into corrugated boxes using dividers between each layer of meals
• Ensure boxes are labeled to correspond with the meal being prepared
• Ensure the pack room is maintained in a clean and orderly fashion
• Practice food safety
• Other duties assigned by management

Lead Packer - Food Production - Food Production Requirements:

• Prior experience with Pallet Jack preferred, but not required
• HS Diploma/GED preferred
