Job Description
General tasks
- Support and teach Operators how to Set up a Celuka, Weber and Theysohn production line for a production line for a production run by using check list and JIS
- Support Operators how to start up Celuka, Weber and Theysohn production line according to JIS to A1 production by using master data sheets
- Support Operators how to shut down a Caluka, Weber and Theysohn production line accoding to JIS
- Additional Responsibilities/Duties as assigned
Essential tasks
- Training Operators to understand troubleshooting matrix and conduct the correct countermeasures if product is out of spec for Celuka, Theysohn and Weber
- Training Operators to understand color shots and conduct countermeasures if out of spec unsupervised Celuka, Theysohn and Weber
- Training Operators to conduct the correct data entries in OPPS system
- Check Operators work for accuracy
- Check master data sheets and report deviations to trainer or process engineer
- Conduct line check and spot technical issues, report observing's to maintenance and enter tasks in OPPS
- Support Supervisor, represents Supervisor if absence
- Cleanness and order extrusion lines
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Leadership ability
- Reliability
- Must be minimum L5 operator
- Setting up/Operating Pipe extrudes
- Setting up/ Operating injection Moulding extruders
Physical Requirements
- Capable of pushing or pulling 100 pounds and lift 75Ibs. Must be able to torque (pulling) up to 800 n-m (Newton meters) or 590 foot pounds
- Able to stand for extended periods, climb step ladders while carrying up to 30 Ibs.
- Able to work for short periods of time at heights up to 20 feet
- Able to work 12- hour/ rotating shift that includes, weekends, evenings, and holidays as part of the standard production schedule
- Able to work for extended periods in sometimes extreme hot or cold environment
- Available to work overtime, weekends, evening and traditional holidays if required to met production requirements
