```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Operator to join our team. As the Lead Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our production line and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. - Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line operators
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
- Train new operators on proper procedures and safety protocols

- Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics

```Experience:```
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
- Proven experience as a Lead Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
