Operations Team Lead

We are an online resale marketplace for baby goods and are looking for a dynamic self-motivated individual to be a lead for our growing Operations Team. As the Operations Team Lead you will play a key role in managing daily warehouse operations, overseeing a team of warehouse staff, and ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are key. The ability to work without structure and take on new tasks with minimal guidance is very important – flexibility and eagerness are key. You will work closely alongside the founding team and have the opportunity to help shape the business. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to contribute to a fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of warehouse employees; train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance
• Coordinate daily warehousing activities to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
• Manage and process incoming inventory
• Implement and oversee safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the storage and dispatch of goods.
• Resolve any operational issues or challenges that arise in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
