WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A LEAD MEDICATION AIDE
We are looking for a Lead Medication Aide who is dependable, respectful, friendly, and compassionate to assist our residents with their medication and care needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A LEAD MEDICATION AIDE
Properly administer scheduled medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and residence policy. Provide personalized care and services to residents, uphold the residence policies and procedures, and ensure the residents’ rights to safe, prompt, and confidential treatment. Under the direction of supervisor(s), train new and existing staff members, audit medications and supplies, and provide on-call shift coverage.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekend shifts.
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, aid in resident transfers, walk/stand 80% or more of shifts, and respond to all resident and emergency needs quickly, with or without reasonable accommodation.'
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.50 - $21.50 per hour
