At Mt. Hood Meadows, we practice what we call "The Perpetual Stoke." We believe if we create an awesome work environment, our team will create enriching experiences for our guests. The Meadows Learning Center Program Rentals Lead will be responsible for assisting the Program Rentals Supervisor with coordinating rentals for all programs offered at Mt Hood Meadows. This will include both indoor and outdoor duties, working with a team and independently as well as front-facing guest services. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Rental Technician and excellent guest service skills for outfitting our ski and snowboard program guests with equipment.

  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • Prior Rental Technician experience
  • Must be certified or be able to be certified as a Rental Technician within 5 days of hire
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with children and parents
  • Must be able to commit to working weekends and holidays during the winter season
  • Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of seasonal business

Preferred Experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Point of sale experience
  • Conflict resolution training or experience
