Lead Maintenance Technician Multi-Family

$50k, Full Time, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, Lead Maintenance Technician MUST have a strong background in Multi-family residential maintenance. You will be required to demonstrate your knowledge and tool skill set.

You have at least 5 years previous Job Experience in Multi-Family.

• The Job:

Daily responsibilities usually include, but are not limited to: general maintenance duties, work orders, basic general repairs, apartment turns, exterior maintenance, hanging doors, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sheetrock/drywall, tile installation, painting, appliance installation, basic carpentry, flooring, hardware accessories, preventative maintenance, understanding of emergency systems, light masonry,

• You will perform routine inspections, ensure the appearance of the property grounds is kept to a high standard, ensure resident maintenance requests/work orders are completed on a timely basis, comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws, prepare vacant units for apartment turn over/make ready, answer on-call emergency requests (after 90 day trial period), monitor and/or control Shop inventory and materials, move heavy objects (building materials, appliances, etc.), consistently maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with residents, co-workers, contractors, and vendors.

Benefits:

$24.05 per hour, Full Time, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, 80 hours PTO annually, 7 Paid Holidays
